A magnificent large pair of candlesticks. The central part is made of dark patinated bronce. Napoleon depicted as Hercules, the Greek half god shown with a lion skin on his shoulder. The bases of red marble with cast bronce feet in the shape of lion paws . The urn-shaped candleholders are made of gilt bronce and are of the very best quality with their original drip pans still there.
