Single Empire candelabra. Ca 1810. "Egypt retour"

A large high quality candelabra of an interesting design. On the triangular base sits three Egyptian goddesses holding books. Their heads are holding a pillar with gilt decorations of owls and torcheres. On top of the pillar three arms are stretching out with decorations of winged panthers. Each panther holds a candleholder in the shape of a cup with handles.
